Very delicious food! The miso cod is highly recommended as well as their many rolls! Service was very fast, though you do seat yourself which since there isn't a sign saying that so it may be confusing for new people. Highly recommended!

Randomly stopped at this place on a work trip and was very impressed. I ended up going with the kristy roll which was so fresh! I love their concept of going with no rice and lower carb options. I've never really had that and this roll def made me feel full & satisfied. Whenever I come back to work around here I will def be back. Seems like a local hole in the wall fav & I completely agree!

Pros to Ku sushi: great service as a whole, decent prices on regular rolls, cute little carrot/celery appetizer, good location (although small), delicious teriyaki salmon with vegetables
Cons to Ku Sushi: wasn't a big fan of the soft shelled crap sadly- felt like you were pretty much just eating fried because the crab was so small and thin- don't order that one. People liked the stuffed jalapeño although I've had others I have preferred. Small place so not much seating. -

First impressions. Very busy - always a good sign. Veggie and shrimp tempura was skimpy. 635 roll was awesome! Love love roll was great! Bused the table before I was finished eating.

I was a little underwhelmed with the whole situation. Besides the constant train of staff clearing everything you may be finished with from the table. There was the late steamed gyoza, I was told it took longer to steam, as it came out cold. The new Italian stallion roll was good. The miso soup and Ku house salad was under par. This may be a one time stop for me. Convenient hole in the wall, dive, with food to match. Table had a cheesy wet wipe when I arrived for after, but it felt nasty to use. Overpriced for sure.
